Terms of Service

By accessing or using jarvistradingintelligence.ai or any services provided by Jarvis AI (collectively, the “Service”), including but not limited to trade signals delivered via Discord, AI-generated market analysis, software packages, Docker images, and any related content, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Jarvis AI provides an AI-powered market analysis system that delivers trade signals and market commentary to a private Discord server. The Service may also include software packages, Docker images, and deployment tools offered for separate purchase.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Signals may be delayed, missed, or inaccurate due to market conditions, technical issues, or other factors beyond our control.

• Jarvis AI offers two subscription tiers: Premium ($50/month) and VIP ($150/month), billed monthly at the rate displayed at checkout.
• Premium subscriptions include a 3-day free trial and VIP subscriptions include a 1-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
• After any applicable trial period, your payment method will be automatically charged each billing cycle until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their subscription.
• Jarvis AI reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or revoke access at its sole discretion, with or without cause.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JARVIS AI, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Financial losses resulting from trades placed based on information provided by the Service.
• Losses arising from market movements, broker errors, execution delays, slippage, or liquidity issues.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account, trading platform, or Discord server.
• Any damages arising from service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JARVIS AI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT JARVIS AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF TRADE SIGNALS, MARKET ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER OUTPUT OF THE SERVICE.

You expressly acknowledge that trading in financial markets carries inherent risks, including the risk of total loss of capital. You voluntarily assume all such risks.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jarvis AI, its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service or any information obtained from the Service.
• Any trades you place, regardless of whether they were influenced by the Service.
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party.

All content, software, algorithms, methodologies, trade logic, confluence scoring systems, signal generation processes, and any other proprietary technology used by Jarvis AI are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Jarvis AI.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodology of any part of the Service.
• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or sublicense any signals, analysis, or content from the Service.
• Share your subscription access, Discord invite, or any delivered content with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Service to build, train, or improve a competing product or service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute trade signals or analysis to any channel, platform, or audience outside the private Discord server.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your account without refund, and Jarvis AIreserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

Jarvis AI makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will achieve any specific results, profits, or returns from using the Service. Any examples of past performance, backtested results, or hypothetical results are not guarantees of future performance.

Individual results will vary based on market conditions, timing of entry and exit, position sizing, broker selection, execution speed, and numerous other factors that are outside of Jarvis AI's control.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Discord, Stripe, and various brokerage platforms. Jarvis AI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, and 13 shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis — class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

JARVIS AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SIGNALS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to jarvistradingintelligence.ai. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jarvis AIregarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
